Villa View and More **** (Razanj – close to Rogoznica/Split/Sibenik – Dalmatien)

Our Villa View and More (4-star) is located in the middle of the sea (100 meters walk) with beautiful views of the East Bay and the sea. Protected from everyday distractions, this resort offers the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea and the pool. Our pool is heated and includes a Jacuzzi. In addition, the house offers opportunities to hold workshops and seminars with up to 8 participants.

The house was completed in August 2019 and can accommodate at least 6 + 2 persons. With 3 bedrooms (2 persons each) and respective bathroom (en suite) and TV, friends and families can spend their time comfortable together, while having enough privacy at the same time. The modern kitchen – combined with a large living room provide together an inviting place for dining together, playing, sharing and celebrating. In the studio (2nd floor) are two more beds to offer sleeping opportunity for at least 2 people.

The rooms

Our rooms are designed natural and modern to comfort you and offer a sense of well-being. Quality was very important to us in the and equipment of the individual rooms, so that you might find "home-like" many conveniences and hopefully enjoy.

The environment

Close to the coastal towns of Trogir and Primosten, Razanj offers ideal conditions to relax and enjoy tranquility. Along the village many natural beaches and bays line up. Crystal clear sea, rocky beaches and bathing plateaus offer very good conditions for friends, couples and families with children and specific pleasure to divers and snorkelers. If you are into more action and entertainment, you will find the places Primosten, Sibenik and Split awell supplied.

The arrival

Razanj is located between Split (54 km, Split airport 34 km) and Sibenik (48 km), so you can easily reach our villa by car or by plane and car rental.
