In addition, binding and timely communication is important to us, consequently we are committed to you to receive feedback from us within 24 hours at the latest and thus have planning certainty for yourself (and may already be able to book the flight).

How to book with us?
1. You are welcome to request your appointment via the booking calendar without obligation.
2. You will receive feedback for your inquiry within 48 hours, including information about house rules.
3. Thereafter, your desired date is reserved for you for 7 days and you can arrange comfortably with your fellow passengers or book your flights.
4. To finally book bindingly, please write us a short confirmation e-mail.
5. After your confirmation you will receive from us the booking confirmation incl. Invoice.
If your desired date is already occupied, please send us an e-mail, as sometimes reservation will be possible due to cancellation.
The booking confirmation / rental agreement reveals the payment details clearly. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total price of the villa is due and payable to the named account within 7 days of the invoice date of the booking confirmation. The down payment is credited to the rental price. The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the stay. Payment by credit card is not possible.
Utilities for electricity as well as the final cleaning are included in the price. You take over the house in cleaned condition and hand it on the day of departure swept. Garbage is to be disposed of.
Deposit: At Villa View and More, a separate deposit is payable by bank transfer or cash on arrival. This will be refunded after departure on the day of departure. The deposit is 500, – €.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to 56 days before arrival: 0% of the total price
- If you cancel within 55 to 28 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
- If you cancel within 27 to 7 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total price
- If you cancel within 6 days of arrival: 95% of the total price
