Make a wish … and you will be able to realize in Razanj and surrounding offers.

In Razanj you will find a wonderful combination of peace and action, from chilling to nightlife. Whether swimming at the waterfalls, tennis, mini golf, water trampoline and bouncy castle, pedal boats, jet ski, shopping center, discos. In the vicinity of Razanj (about 50 km) you will find (almost) everything that contributes to a successful and varied holiday. For the everyday needs and culinary enjoyment is all taken care of. Razanj itself has a supermarket and delicious places.

A mobile bakery comes down almost every day at 8:30 close by the villa in high season.

Recommendation for the first walk: south of the district of Stivasnica at Cape Ploca (Punta Planka) is the church of Sv. Ivan and on a small island in front of it the small lighthouse Planka (about 500 meters from the villa). The church was built in honor of St. John, who was bishop of Trogir in the 11th century.

Doctors / ambulance and pharmacy are located 15 minutes from Razanj in Rogoznica. There are more doctors in Trogir, larger clinics in the metropolis of Split.

A mailbox is located right next to the Studenac supermarket in Razanj. The nearest bank branches and ATMs and a post office are in Rogoznica.

The taxi operator is called Paleka (http://taxi-rogoznica.com/en/headline). Paleka also offers transfers to nearby cities as well as airport transfers (for example, Airport Split from 49 €, Airport Zadar from 127 €).

A nice way to get from Razanj to Rogoznica or vice versa is by taxi boat. The taxi boat line operates daily during the season (June-September) from 16:00 (from Razanj). At 23:30 the taxi boat departs for the last time from Rogoznica to Razanj. The oneway trip costs about 15 Kuna for adults and about 10 Kuna for children. The agency also offers a variety of other boat tours (see picture).

Razanj is of a quiet and idyllic atmosphere. There are no sports fields, discos, jet skiing or other organized or “noisy” recreational opportunities. The focus here is on relaxation and recreation. There are numerous private boat moorings along the coast and in the small harbor of the village. The harbor is protected from thunderstorms by the slightly recessed position in the Bay Razanj. Marina Frapa in Rogoznica is the next bigger marina. Especially for divers and snorkelers, the sea around Razanj offers the best conditions and especially clear water. In addition to smaller trails there is a bike ride (132), which is a up and down path. Detailed information can be found at www.bikeandhike.hr.

Primosten: about 18 km away (15 minutes) you will find the beautiful old town of the holiday resort Primosten. There is a variety of recreational opportunities on the beach (water bouncy castle, pedal boats, mini golf, trampoline, tennis, table tennis, massage). Primosten is to be recommended if you are looking for a little “action” for yourself or your children. There are also many delicious pubs and restaurants here.

Rogoznica: about 11 km far from the villa (10 minutes) you will find Rogoznica with a beautiful harbor and various water sports activities. Here you can rent boats, jet skis, etc. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles and scooters (Marina Frapa).

The Eye of the Dragon (Lake Zmajevo oko – Dragon’s Eye Lake) is one of the most famous sights in Rogoznica (suitable for tennis, sightseeing, swimming and cliff diving). For cliff jumping, the cliffs of Lake Galesnica are also very popular. Around the approximately 5,300 m² lake, the cliffs rise to heights between 4 and 24 m.

Trogir: about 26 km far from the Villa: the old town of Trogir (about 25 minutes), which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site – it is absolutely worth seeing. There are also many delicious restaurants and restaurants by the sea.

Marina: about 9 km away. Here there is a beautiful boat harbor and many water sports.

Sibenik: ca. 48 km entfernt. Sibenik About 48 km away. Sibenik is one of the major cities in northern Dalmatia and is well worth a visit. Especially the old town center with various churches and fortresses are ideal for an extended evening walk (including the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of St. James).

Nationalpark Krka: About 54 km away. Hiking, waterfalls and beautiful nature can be experienced in the Krka National Park near Sibenik. Split: About 54 km away. There are different options for shopping ( www.mallofsplit.hr), for partying and disco (one of the popular places in Croatia for nightlife). Special beach club tip for the “youth”: www.taboo-beach.com.The harbor and the old town are definitively worth a visit (inter alia the waterfront promenade Riva).
